AIPU company consists of 5 safes factory bases, covering over 79,200 square meters of production and warehouse area.There are around 1,000 employees including engineers,technical staffs, quality inspectors and production workers in the factories. As national high and new technology enterprise, we have advanced equipments including CNC punching machines ,lazer cutting machines, Robotic bending machines, Robotic painting machines, automatic assembly lines in factories.

Cutting

The first process of manufacturing safes is to cut the full sheet steel into small pieces according to safes specification. AIPU uses advanced laser cutting machines which cut steel sheet materials accurately and produce micro seam door panel that is prying resistant.

Bending

The second process of manufacturing safes is bending small steel plates to form components like door panels, side panels and other components of the safes through punches,molding equipment and bending machines. AIPU uses bending robots in mass production that greatly improve the production efficiency.

Welding

Welding is the key process of manufacturing safes. After individual sections are completed,they are welded together to form the basic safes. AIPU uses both welding robots and manual welding to ensure high quality.

Powder Coating

To make the safes more durable and fashionable,our team polish and spray powder coating on the safes surface. AIPU has advanced automatic spraying line and spraying machines that ensure uniform and consistent finish.
